How will I make payment?

Payment instructions and confirmation details will be provided by the Registration Team after the form and supporting documents have been reviewed.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted by email to registration.bsc2027@msp.org.my.

  • On or before 31 January 2027: Full refund, less a RM200 administrative fee.
  • 1 February to 31 March 2027: 50% refund, less a RM200 administrative fee.
  • From 1 April 2027 onwards: No refund will be provided.

 

A RM200 non-refundable administrative fee applies to all approved refunds.

When will abstract submission open?

Abstract submission opens on 20 September 2026. Visit the Abstract Submission page for key dates and submission updates.

Where will the conference be held?

The hands-on workshops on 11 June and the main conference on 12–13 June 2027 will be held at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

Will CPD points be available?

CPD and accreditation details will be published once the scientific programme is finalised.

Who can attend?

The conference welcomes dental professionals, specialists, postgraduate students, allied professionals and industry partners.

Can I register for a hands-on workshop only?

No. The hands-on workshops on 11 June 2027 are optional add-ons exclusively for participants whose Main Conference payment has been confirmed. Book separately using the link in your payment confirmation email and your registered email and Registration ID.
