Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted by email to registration.bsc2027@msp.org.my

Refund eligibility:

  • On or before 31 January 2027
    Eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, less a RM200 administrative fee.

  • 1 February to 31 March 2027
    Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, less a RM200 administrative fee.

  • From 1 April 2027 onwards
    No refund will be provided.

Administrative Fee:
A non-refundable administrative fee of RM200 will be deducted from all approved refunds.
